Mulberry’s Lily bag comes in a sparkling jewelled special version for Spring Summer 2011.
Having been part of every collection since AW10 in oak leather and other colour ways, now the Lily has that extra sparkle courtesy of 2596 Swarovski crystals and 460 manually applied Mulberry rivets.
The production of a Jewelled Lily is a concoction of hand-cut leather, classic Mulberry components and pots and pots of crystals. The cutting of the leather, applying of the crystals and rivets, and the finishing of the bag is all carried out in the UK.
Created by Emma Hill and the Mulberry design team, no two bags are exactly the same, since the nature of attaching so many individual details demand a level of haute-couture, that makes every Jewelled Lily a truly individual and exclusive piece.
